We’re looking for a Product Manager who can serve as the bridge between clients, sales, and the product team — someone who thrives at turning ideas into products that drive measurable business growth. 🔧 Role Overview The Product Manager is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that align with RocketLevel’s growth strategy. You’ll collaborate with leadership, engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure our products meet client needs, improve retention, and scale efficiently. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Act as the liaison between clients, sales, and engineering, translating market feedback into clear product requirements. - Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning in collaboration with the technical team. - Define success metrics for new features and track performance post-launch. - Work with QA and testing teams to ensure product quality before release. - Create product documentation, updates, and internal release notes. - Analyze client feedback, demo outcomes, and churn data to identify feature opportunities. - Support go-to-market (GTM) strategy with marketing and sales enablement materials.
