A global leader in the medical devices industry is seeking a Plant Finance Manager to drive financial management, reporting, and decision support at its Florida manufacturing facility. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a small team, optimize processes, and partner with operations, engineering, and senior management to shape plant-level strategy. If you enjoy combining finance expertise with operational leadership, this role offers the perfect platform. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee manufacturing cost accounting processes in SAP (FI, CO, Material Ledger). * Lead plant financial planning (cost centers, allocations, standard cost reviews). * Drive system/process improvements in SAP, Power BI, and S/4 HANA. * Oversee month-end closing and deliver detailed reporting (P\&L, variances, scrap, efficiencies). * Partner with engineering/operations on master data accuracy and variance analysis. * Evaluate capital investments (NPV, payback) and support make-or-buy decisions. * Provide insights to senior leadership in cost and performance reviews. * Lead, mentor, and grow a local finance team of 3. Must Have: * Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business. * 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing finance & accounting. * Strong expertise in SAP (FI, CO, Material Ledger) for manufacturing accounting. * Proven leadership (2+ years managing teams). Good To Have: * MBA, CMA, or CPA. * Experience with Power BI / SAP S/4 HANA. * Background in capital investment analysis & cost optimization projects.
