We are seeking a Marketing Analyst who’s passionate about B2B tech marketing, eager to learn, and ready to drive results in lead generation, demand generation, and campaign execution. You’ll play a strategic role in growing our presence in the LATAM market and building a qualified sales pipeline for consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and track lead generation and demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activities with business objectives and pipeline targets.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and propose optimizations to improve conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Segment and nurture databases to build targeted audiences by industry, buyer persona, and solution.
- Support content creation efforts for campaigns (landing pages, email copy, ads, and case studies).
- Report KPIs such as leads generated, cost per lead, MQLs, and campaign ROI.
- Coordinate events, digital webinars, and co-marketing with partners when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Engineering with marketing focus (completed or final semesters).
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B marketing, campaigns, digital marketing, or growth roles — ideally in tech or consulting.
Skills
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, digital channels, and campaign tactics.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Good analytical skills for interpreting marketing metrics and dashboards.
- Ability to create campaign assets and coordinate with graphic/content teams.
- Languages: Spanish native, English intermediate to advanced (B2).
