Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and operations-minded Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support the growth and performance of multiple business ventures.
In this role, you will work directly with the founder and team members to strengthen internal operations, improve efficiency, and guide long-term strategy. You’ll be involved across different business projects, helping bring structure and momentum to evolving operations.
✅ Responsibilities:
1. Analyze businesses and pinpoint bottlenecks, weaknesses, and quick wins.
2. Review current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Lead and support the execution of operational strategies and systems.
4. Create SOPs and process documentation for repeatable tasks.
5. Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
7. Support task delegation, hiring, and day-to-day team management.
8. Attend scheduled online meetings and provide consistent updates.
9. Operate in a self-managed, proactive manner.
🔍Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background in operations, business management, or a COO-type role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Highly self-managed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities across different business functions.
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, and other productivity platforms.
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Available for flexible schedule (1-3 hours per week)
💼 Position Details:
- Type: Flexible schedule.
- Rate: $13-$15/hour (depending on skills and experience)
- Schedule: Between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
- Location: Latin America-based.
