Responsibilities

Customer Support Latin America only English and Spanish. Requirements: * Advanced level of English and Spanish (spoken, written, and comprehension) – essential. * Good computer skills with a reliable device (minimum 8 GB RAM). * Headset and stable internet connection. * Quiet and distraction-free workspace. * Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. * Full availability to work between 1:00 - 09:00 (Colombia time) / 08:00 - 16:00 (Madrid time) Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to both customers and drivers before, during, and after transfers. * Register and update reservations in the system accurately. * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. * Manage and reply to emails in a timely and effective way. * Assist drivers with operational support when required. * Monitor ongoing services and proactively solve issues to ensure smooth operations. * Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Operations, Commercial) to resolve cases efficiently.
