As a member of the Bridge department, you will be responsible for cloud operations, automation, observability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: - Solving core issues and making trade-offs to solve challenges while building scalable architecture. - Caring about cloud operations for multiple services in different regions, environments, and language stacks. - Implementing automation to reduce toil and enable healthy systems by default. - Configuring observability systems to identify incidents before they happen and responding to incidents. - Contributing to a continuous improvement culture with occasional participation in 24/7 on-call rotations.
