Requirements and responsibilities

We are actively looking for a new Project Manager to join our solutions delivery management team. BringIT solutions team is in charge of designing, building and delivering tailored solutions to our customer needs, most of our work is focused around ERP but we work on some other technology spaces; integration, web development, mobile applications, analytics, etc. As a project manager you will be leading one or multiple customer project becoming the main responsible for the project execution, becoming the orchestrator of all the different team members and driving communication with stakeholders internally and externally. We are looking for some one comfortable working on building structure around projects of different nature and size, open to build project frameworks as we establish customer relationships, and comfortable talking to different levels on the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Drives cross-functional execution of projects, across all phases of the project life cycle.
Leads execution of multiple projects or manages an entire program
Manage scope throughout the project duration. Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports.
Proactively communicate your plan and accomplishments with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and ensuring partnership alignment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
Responsible for empowering others to get better over time..
Learns from project retrospective and applies the learning for future projects.
Qualifications
+3 years of experience in systems applications consultancy, product/project management,
English Fluency with great communication skills
A passion for technology and solving problems, with the ability to work under pressure and uncertainty, along with a passion for solving problems.
Experience presenting to internal teams and customers.
The strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company.
Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
ERP knowledge is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
