Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Commission Payroll Specialist to manage commission-based payroll processing for a mortgage and loan sales team. This role ensures accurate, timely payouts by reconciling complex commission structures, validating data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies quickly. Key Responsibilities: Process commission payroll with high accuracy. Validate commission calculations against sales reports and contracts. Reconcile payroll data with accounting and CRM systems. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain meticulous payroll records and compliance documentation. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to clarify commission rules and updates. Generate payroll reports for management review. Qualifications: 3+ years’ payroll experience, including commission-based structures (mortgage/loan industry preferred). High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and advanced formulas. Experience with GSuite tools and Airtable (or similar platforms). Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis. Experience working in a U.S.-based payroll environment. Background in mortgage, loan, or other commission-heavy industries.
