Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join the team and lead outbound recruitment efforts. You’ll play a key role in building talent pipelines, managing candidate engagement, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and effective recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: * Own the end-to-end outbound recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role priorities. * Write and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms. * Use creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events) to identify qualified candidates. * Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate data. * Conduct in-depth phone screens to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback. * Communicate regularly with candidates to create a smooth, positive hiring experience. * Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Track and report recruiting metrics to identify and improve key funnel areas. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume setting. * Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities effectively. * Knowledge of modern hiring best practices. Nice-to-Haves: * Experience recruiting for global or distributed teams. * Proven track record of consistent hires in outbound recruiting environments. * Background in remote-first companies or startup environments.
