They help government agencies, cryptocurrency businesses, and financial institutions track and investigate illicit activity on the blockchain. The Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership and guidance to users during the sales cycle to help customers, prospects and partners visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives. They will be responsible for building customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products and services. Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership and guidance to users during the sales cycle - Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products and services - Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering - Answer specific customer questions and identify opportunities within our software’s capabilities - Act as a trusted advisor on technical challenges from high-level architecture to code implementation
