Position: Cold Caller / Sales Representative We're looking for motivated cold callers who can identify potential clients, communicate with business owners, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales. Commission Structure 10%–16% commission on every successfully closed deal. Commission is earned when the deal is closed and the sale is completed. Fully commission-based opportunity. No fixed salary. Target Markets You can choose one or multiple countries based on your experience and expertise: United States United Kingdom Italy Germany Pakistan Requirements 6 months – 5 years of cold calling or sales experience. Junior-level candidates are welcome, provided they have at least 6 months of relevant experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers. Confidence in handling objections and closing deals. Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus.
