Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition professional to support our growing Brazil/LatAm IT consulting operations.
This role will lead end-to-end recruitment for IT, technology, and PMO professionals across Brazil and LatAm while also supporting local HR and operational activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, technology, and PMO roles
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Brazil/LatAm
Partner with US-based leadership, delivery, and business teams
Manage multiple requirements and hiring priorities simultaneously
Support onboarding and local HR operations
Coordinate hardware, vendors, shipping, and other operational requirements
Help ensure alignment with local HR practices and employment requirements
🔹 Key Requirements
Strong experience recruiting IT/technology professionals across Brazil/LatAm
Background in IT consulting, professional services, or project-based staffing
Strong understanding of the Brazil/LatAm technology talent market
Experience working with US-based stakeholders
Portuguese or Spanish and English fluency
Ability to work independently and deliver against tight timelines
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
