In this role, you will help drive expansion, retention, and long-term partner loyalty by showing up as a trusted advisor who understands what partners need to succeed with Huntress. You are outcome-obsessed in the way that matters here. You care about net dollar retention, gross dollar retention, partner satisfaction, and whether your work actually helps partners deliver stronger cybersecurity outcomes to their customers.As a Channel Account Manager, you will build trust across multiple contacts inside each partner account and create value that reflects Give More Than We Take. You will use candor to guide direct, useful conversations about opportunities, risks, and next steps.
