Responsibilities

Job title: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Outbound Calling Rep / Appointment Setter Company: United Eagles Financial, an independent life insurance agency in Michigan, USA. The role: Make outbound calls with our dialer to people in the United States who asked for information about life insurance, in English and in Spanish. Confirm their interest, ask a few basic questions, and either transfer the call live to a licensed U.S. agent or book a phone appointment on the agent's calendar. Log every call in our CRM. You do not sell, quote prices, or give advice. Licensed agents handle every insurance conversation. Schedule: Monday to Friday, every week. Choose one shift in U.S. Eastern Time: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, or 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET. Earlier shifts (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, or 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET) are possible too. Pay: USD 500 per month base pay, plus bonuses for every appointment that shows and every qualified live transfer. Strong setters earn up to USD 1,500 per month in bonuses on top of base pay. Paid twice a month. Independent contractor, fully remote. Requirements: - Bilingual: native or fully fluent Spanish AND clear, fluent spoken English that Americans understand easily on the phone. We ask every applicant for a short voice recording. - Available Monday to Friday on one of the shifts above, consistently. Reliability matters more than anything. - Laptop or desktop computer, USB headset with microphone, internet of 20 Mbps or faster, and a quiet place to work. - Outbound calling, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred. - Comfortable with high call volume and hearing "no" without losing energy. - 18 or older. What we offer: warm leads (people who asked to be contacted), a clear script and training, a fixed weekly schedule, and on-time pay. We never charge applicants anything. Location: Remote, anywhere, as long as you can work the shifts above.
