We are hiring a Yardi Investment Management Consultant for a leading FinTech-enabled organization delivering financial solutions to global clients. This role involves supporting the Yardi Investment Management platform, working closely with international real estate investment teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support for Yardi Investment Management modules including: Investment Manager, Investor Portal, Performance Analytics (Elevate), Ownership & Entity ManagementWaterfall CalculationsParticipate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.Configure fund structures, ownership hierarchies, investor allocations, capital commitments, and distributions.Support investor reporting, NAV, IRR, equity multiples, and waterfall calculations.Collaborate with business users and technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data migration.Resolve production issues and support ongoing system enhancements.Required SkillsBachelor's Degree.7+ years of overall experience in Yardi Voyager.3+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Investment Management and/or Yardi Elevate.Strong understanding of: Real Estate Investment Management, Fund Accounting, Investor Lifecycle, Ownership StructuresExperience in implementation and/or application support projects.Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.Ability to convert business requirements into Yardi configurations.EligibilityImmediate to 15 days notice period.Comfortable working remote night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM IST).
