Responsibilities


Seeking an AI Governance Lead to establish and manage enterprise AI governance, risk, compliance, and Responsible AI practices across business units.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and risk-tiering processes.Manage enterprise AI use-case inventory/model registry and AI risk assessments.Ensure compliance with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, privacy laws, and applicable financial regulations.Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, Model Risk, and business teams on AI risks and third-party AI vendors.Define monitoring, audit, incident response, and Responsible AI requirements.Lead AI Governance/Review Boards and provide governance tools, training, and guidance.Develop dashboards and executive/board-level reporting on AI risk and compliance.Required Qualifications:7+ years in risk, compliance, model risk, data governance, security, or technology governance.2–3+ years of AI/ML governance or Responsible AI experience.Strong knowledge of AI/ML risks, including bias, explainability, privacy, security, LLM risks, and model governance.Experience with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, GDPR, SR 11-7/OCC.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; AI governance/risk certifications are a plus.
