Our clients rely on hiring to keep their businesses operating and growing.We are looking for experienced recruiters who can independently manage hiring pipelines, identify recruiting bottlenecks, communicate proactively, and drive hiring outcomes.You will be expected to manage multiple positions and clients simultaneously, provide professional recommendations, escalate concerns quickly, and keep hiring processes moving without constant direction.If you need daily oversight, avoid difficult conversations, or wait to be told what to do next, this role is not a fit.What You Will DoFull-Cycle RecruitingManage recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance across multiple client accounts. Our top recruiters are typically handling 20-25 roles at any given time.Candidate Screening and EvaluationConduct detailed phone and video interviews to assess experience, qualifications, reliability, and fit. Identify strong candidates and confidently recommend hiring decisions.Pipeline ManagementMaintain organized recruiting pipelines, follow up consistently, and ensure candidates move through the hiring process quickly.Client and Team CommunicationServe as a client-facing recruiting partner. Provide hiring updates, discuss recruiting challenges, manage expectations, and confidently communicate recommendations to hiring managers and business owners.Escalation and Problem SolvingIdentify issues before they become problems.
