Red Carrot is seeking a Journeyman SharePoint Specialist to support the customer's External Affairs front office operations. This role is critical to building, managing, and optimizing SharePoint infrastructure that enables the customer's communications workflows.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and manage SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, and permissions for the customer's External Affairs officeDevelop workflows and databases in SharePoint to facilitate External Affairs processes and coordination requirementsManage content libraries including content management and permissions to facilitate access to communications products and toolsMonitor shared email boxes and a SharePoint-based task management system for tasking; log and track requests per established SOPsTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues including user access, performance, and integration problemsConduct studies and evaluation of screen prototypes for functionality, ease of use, efficiency, and accuracySupport records management, archiving, and document coordination across the agencyMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience designing, developing, and managing SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, and permissionsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues including user access, performance, and integration problemsUnderstanding of SharePoint security, governance, and compliance policiesKnowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for process automation and data visualizationExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for customization and developmentStrong knowledge of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Microsoft Teams integrationFamiliarity with SQL Server, Microsoft PowerShell, and Active Directory for SharePoint administrationAbility to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiencesAbility to obtain the required government Fitness DeterminationBenefits at Red Carrot:At Red Carrot, we empower you to be a leader.
