About the roleWe are looking for a proactive and adaptable QA Engineer to support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for a fast-moving product track. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, AI-fluent and eager to collaborate closely with developers, product teams and QA leadership. We prioritize adaptability and the ability to extract value from AI-generated output over mastery of any specific tool or framework.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to quality processes across planning, development, and release stages of the SDLCUse AI-assisted development tools to design, generate, validate, and maintain test assets at scaleReview and critically evaluate AI-generated test output before it enters the repo, catching false positives, coverage gaps, and brittle assertionsCollaborate with developers, product teams, and QA leadership to define quality standards and communicate risk clearly.Think beyond local scripts, understand how test solutions scale from 10 to 10,000 and architect accordinglyAdapt processes quickly in response to a changing product environmentRequired QualificationsExperience in software QA, testing or software developmentWorking knowledge of one or more programming languages, including JavaScript, Python, Java, C# or TypeScriptHands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright or similar) covering API and web UI testingDemonstrated ability to work effectively with AI coding assistants and extract reliable, production-ready outputStrong communication and collaboration skillsProactive and curious approach - willing to learn and growAbility to think critically and adapt quickly in a changing environmentNice to Have Experience building or improving AI-assisted tooling (prompts, pipelines, generators)CI/CD integration of automated test suitesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum environmentsQuantifiable impact from past QA work (time saved, defect catch rate, coverage improvement)All our positions are Remote and are available as Full Time Employment or B2B Contracts
