We are Hiring Remote Revenue & Accounts Receivable ManagerKey Responsibilities:Own the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all customer accounts.Manage and continuously improve revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 and GAAP standards.Monitor aging reports and lead proactive collections outreach, escalating as necessary to resolve delinquencies and minimize DSO.Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly A/R reporting, including aging summaries, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards for finance leadership.Maintain and optimize financial systems for transaction accuracy, workflow efficiency, and audit readiness.Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including A/R subledger reconciliation to the general ledger.Develop, document, and enforce internal controls and A/R policies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.Identify opportunities to automate and scale A/R workflows as the company growsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred.4–6 years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue operations, or a related finance role, ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company.Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting system.Deep understanding of accounts receivable processes, revenue recognition principles (ASC 606), and GAAP.Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel.Preferred Qualifications:CPA, or progress toward a professional certification.Prior experience implementing or improving A/R automation tooling.Compensation & Benefits💰:All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies.Micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.Micro1 is an equal opportunity employer.
