We are seeking a Data Analyst to build core metric systems, deliver actionable insights across trading, user growth, and risk control, and empower business teams through self-service BI and robust data infrastructure.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Data Analyst to own end-to-end analysis for trading, assets, user behavior, and growth channels. You will design metric frameworks, build automated dashboards, collaborate on data warehouse modeling, and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive product optimization, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields; 2+ years of data analysis or BI experience.Proficient in SQL with ability to write complex queries, window functions, and retention/funnel logic independently.Familiarity with data warehouse modeling: dimension/fact tables, layered architecture (DWD/DWS/ADS), and data quality validation.Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, PowerBI, Superset, Metabase, etc.) to build business dashboards.Experience with analytical engines such as Hive, ClickHouse, Doris, Presto, Spark SQL, or MySQL.Strong business acumen with ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks beyond simple data extraction.Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills for cross-team collaboration and documentation.PreferredPrior experience in crypto exchanges, securities, futures, payments, ad tech, or risk control analytics.Knowledge of trading-specific metrics: volume, order flow, funding accounts, fees, API users, copy trading, market making.Experience designing domain-specific data models for users, orders, assets, deposits/withdrawals, or campaigns.Python proficiency for data cleaning, automation, anomaly detection, or report generation.Background in A/B testing, user segmentation, tagging systems, or growth/risk analytics.Exposure to real-time data stacks: Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse, Doris, or Paimon.
