About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Ironclad Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the implementation and enhancement of Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable Ironclad solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Ironclad implementations.Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT stakeholders to improve contract lifecycle processes.Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and reporting.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation.Collaborate with technical teams during implementation and integrations.Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials.Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.Required Skills5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant.Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM implementations or administration.Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation.Knowledge of workflow configuration, templates, forms, and approval processes in Ironclad.Experience supporting integrations with enterprise applications.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile methodologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Legal Operations, Procurement, or Contract Management.Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise applications.Experience with process mapping and business process improvement initiatives.Prior experience in enterprise SaaS implementations is a plus.About Riveron:At Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high-growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
