Requirements and responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Oracle EPM implementation workstream within the enterprise ERP/HCM/CX transformation program.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.Coordinate and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, implementation partners, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and executive communications.Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, solution reviews, and project planning sessions.Ensure alignment between Oracle EPM and related ERP/HCM business processes.Monitor project deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to maintain implementation schedules.Support change management, training, and go-live readiness activities.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members throughout the implementation.Required SkillsStrong experience leading Oracle EPM implementation projects.Experience managing testing cycles (SIT, UAT, and defect management).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and risk management capabilities.Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.experience in Oracle EPM implementation and project management.Experience leading enterprise transformation or ERP implementation projects.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred.
