This role requires deep platform engineering expertise and experience building enterprise-scale data platforms in regulated environments.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform initiatives with full ownership of quality and documentation Partner directly with stakeholders to define requirements and proactively communicate scope or technical impacts Operate autonomously, escalating blockers with recommended solutions Drive technical decisions and mentor peers on platform design and engineering best practices Represent the engineering team confidently in cross-functional and stakeholder discussionsRequirements 7+ years of Data Engineering experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with: Enterprise Data Warehouse platforms and/or Data Mesh architectures Strong experience with: Snowflake Snowflake UniStore dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud Dagster or Airflow Python Advanced SQL AWS and/or Azure GitHub Actions
