As a Governance and IRB Analyst you will oversee the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for governance support.Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. ResponsibilitiesDevelops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action item, and prepares other technical documentationMaintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and TemplatesFacilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviewsSupports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requestsAttends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-itemsReviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reportsMaintains KPI reportsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boardsBachelor’s degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree)In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplinesExpertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administrationExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organizationExperience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materialsTravel RequirementsThis is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
