Responsibilities
The Project Management team is responsible for project delivery and overall customer success.Our Delivery team manages agile projects to deliver an e-commerce systems integration. Project Management focuses on delivering every project on time and within scope while exceeding client expectations.Your ResponsibilitiesLead e-commerce projects using Agile / Waterfall techniques that have been adapted to the best practices we have developed to meet our clients' needs.Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Work alongside an offshore development team leading sprint planning, daily standups, and other project activities as needed.Primary point of contact for client stakeholders, executives, and internal team members.Maintain the tools and documentation required for Zaelab's implementation projectsReport project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesSuccessfully manage the relationship with the client and team membersCollaborate within Project Management team to continuously improve our solutions and processesStrive to understand the technology systems and e-commerce industry that Zaelab supportsYour Success will be measured byYour ability to drive financial performance through project profitability, budget discipline, efficient team utilizationYour ability to build strong relationships through strong communication skillsYour ability to breakdown complex technical topics into clear conceptsYour understanding of the technical roadmapYour ability to adapt to change based on feedback and project dependenciesYour ability to create data driven status reports, using metrics to monitor project progressRequirementsBachelor's degree or Master's degree are preferable10+ years' experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce projectsExperience with any of the following: ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce or any other e-commerce solutions2+ years' experience as a with a Consulting / Professional Services company Experience working with Agile / Waterfall methodologiesExperience working with multinational teams from USA, Eastern Europe, IndiaExperience leading teams using Agile Scrum practicesSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesLeadership skills and proven ability to own a project from start to finishExcellent client-facing skillsExcellent analytical skills and experience with creating JIRA dashboards, AIO or Tableau experience preferredStrong familiarity with project management so ware tools, methodologies, and best practices, Jira experience preferredSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-taskingInterest in the technology space and willing to stay up to date on new technologies and best practicesAbility to work independently along a fast-paced teamThis is a remote role with occasional travel (10-15% travel)Impeccable professional referencesBenefitsUnlimited Vacation/PTOFully remote and distributed teamsPaid Parental LeaveOngoing training and education opportunities0% Bureaucracy Culture - Focus is on responsibilities, not title
