Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of digital commerce solutions across multiple client engagements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, support ongoing delivery, and help ensure high-quality outcomes across projects.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, working across multiple initiatives, and collaborating with distributed teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple client engagements by gathering and documenting business and functional requirementsTranslate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flowsCollaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure smooth and accurate deliveryAssist with backlog management, sprint planning, and day-to-day Agile executionDocument current and future state processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and identify opportunities for improvementSupport UAT planning, testing, and validation to ensure quality of delivered solutionsAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignmentContribute to client discussions and internal reviews to support successful delivery outcomesWork with commerce platforms such as Shopify (Plus, B2B) or BigCommerce, including exposure to app integrations and platform capabilitiesLeverage data (Shopify Analytics, GA4, or similar tools) to support insights and optimization initiativesRequirements4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleExperience working in a consulting, agency, or multi-client environmentStrong experience with:requirements gatheringprocess mapping (BPMN, flows, etc.)Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)Exposure to digital commerce platforms (Shopify preferred, BigCommerce a plus)Experience supporting full project lifecycle from discovery through deliveryStrong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work across concurrent projectsComfortable working in English in a professional environmentBenefitsUnlimited Vacation/PTOFull Health Benefits and 401k Fixed Percentage Plan (USA only) RRSP (Canada)Fully remote and distributed teamsPaid Parental LeaveOngoing training and education opportunities0% Bureaucracy Culture - Focus is on responsibilities, not titleLike what you see but don’t meet every requirement?
