The MissionTrustedHousesitters is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer marketplace redefining pet care and travel. Our platform connects a thriving global community of pet lovers through a unique, trust-based membership model. We’re on a mission to become the world’s most loved travel solution for pet people, fueled by a passionate community of nearly 280,000 members. As we scale, our focus is shifting toward the US market—building an engine of trust and advocacy across the Atlantic. The Role: Strategic, Creative, and US-FocusedThis isn’t a transactional “pay-per-post” role. We need a “head up” creator lead who understands that our product requires nuanced, high-quality storytelling rather than a simple product demo.As an Individual Contributor (IC) reporting to the Head of Brand & Content, you will own the end-to-end creator lifecycle, bridging Brand, Paid Social, and our advocacy community—turning one-off partnerships into long-term brand advocacy. What you’ll be doing:US Market Leadership: Lead our US-focused strategy; source and manage high-performing US creators aligned with our values, navigating US talent agents, managers, and usage rights.Always-On Strategy: Build a consistent, month-over-month influencer foundation (beyond “pop moments”) that drives brand consideration and trust.UGC & Advocacy Scaling: Formalise sourcing and licensing User-Generated Content; optimize advocacy platforms (like Duel) to maximise community referrals.Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Paid Social on whitelisting/licensing and collaborate with Comms and Affiliates so creator content is a consistent pillar of our global strategy.IRL Experiences: Strategy and execution of influencer-focused events and “money-can’t-buy” brand experiences to foster deep loyalty.Commercial Negotiation: “Quality over quantity” mindset—negotiate contracts and ensure every pound spent delivers value.Who you are:The US Expert: Proven track record managing US-based influencer campaigns. The Storyteller: Understands the nuance of marketing a high-trust service; can guide creators away from transactional “product reviews” toward authentic storytelling that builds long-term confidence in the membership. The Independent Operator: Comfortable being the sole point of contact for this function; can move from high-level strategy to hands-on admin quickly. The “Head Up” Partner: Works proactively across teams—partnering with Data to understand ROI (via MMM) and with Product to align with brand voice. The ProcessTalent Screen: Conversation with the Talent teamHiring Manager Session: 30-minute deep dive with the hiring managerPractical Task: Case-study exercise for a real-world campaign scenario, presented to a cross-functional panel (including Paid Social and Comms)Final Coffee Chat: Final check-in with your future managerBenefitsPremium TrustedHousesitters Combined membership each year (includes free airport lounge passes, Sit Cancellation Plan, Home and Contents Plan, plus five Premium memberships to gift to friends and family)Remote working from as many house sits as you like; up to £500 per year toward travel costs to and from sitsPet-related perks: cover adoption fees for a rescue pet and “pawternity” to help your pet settle into their new homeSimplyHealth healthcare cash planBupa health and dental insurance planSpecsavers eyecare schemeWeekly virtual yoga sessionsOptional enrollment onto Trusted Giving (employee giving via Charities Trust and 2 days paid annual volunteering allowance)Work fully remotely from anywhere in the world (while following compliance as a UK tax resident)£200 home office equipment each year + MacBook and Apple accessories when you startAccess to Spaces co-working locations globallyAll-expenses-paid meetup each quarter; team events throughout the year (remote or in-person)Support for personal development resources and regular time set aside for learning and growthAbility to customise work hours depending on role25 days off per year + bank holidays and festive closure (36 days + Christmas Day for some roles)Competitive salary reviewed twice a yearGenerous equity packageDiscretionary 10% quarterly bonus scheme (distributed quarterly)Pension scheme: 5% from you and 3% from TrustedHousesitters£500 recruitment referral bonusEqual opportunityTrustedHousesitters is committed to equal opportunities throughout the interview process and selection; offers are based solely on individual merit, qualifications, and professional suitability.
