About the roleDivision 50 is a B2B lead generation and marketing agency. We sell our own services — outbound SDR programmes, appointment-setting, paid ads, SEO, and social media management — and we also run outsourced sales teams for clients across many different industries who hire us to handle their sales development.We're hiring a Head of Sales to lead the whole sales function. You'll manage two things at once: our own reps who sell Division 50's services, and the SDR pods working on outsourced client accounts — the cold-calling teams booking qualified meetings on behalf of the companies who outsource their sales to us. You set the targets, build the playbooks, run the forecast, and stay close enough to the phones and the deals to coach in real time. This is a player-coach seat: you'll still personally close strategic deals.The role is fully remote.
