Job Title: Creative Project Manager (Enterprise)Role OverviewThe Creative Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of creative work from intake through final execution, ensuring that all outputs meet both quality standards and timeline expectations. This role operates at the center of Creative and Account, serving as the primary point of coordination, communication, and alignment between teams.This individual owns project timelines, manages workflow, and performs thorough creative QA to ensure that all deliverables align with brand standards, strategic objectives, and client expectations. Acting as a quality gate for all creative output, they ensure work meets defined standards before reaching Account teams, escalating or pushing back when deliverables do not meet expectations.They proactively identify risks, flag potential issues early, and provide clear, solution-oriented recommendations to maintain momentum and avoid disruption. This role is also responsible for navigating shifting priorities, evolving client feedback, and ambiguous requests while maintaining clarity and forward progress.In addition to delivery oversight, the Creative Project Manager plays an active role in supporting team efficiency by monitoring bandwidth and utilization, identifying capacity constraints, and recommending adjustments to workload, timelines, or resourcing. They partner closely with Creative leadership to protect team focus, reduce unnecessary revision cycles, and ensure work is set up for success from the start.Success in this role requires a balance of operational rigor and creative sensibility, with the ability to translate feedback, streamline communication, and ensure that both the work and the process are consistently improving.
