🚀 Hiring: Staff / Principal Software Engineer (AI-Native Fintech) StartupStack by COGNISTACK is hiring on behalf of an AI-native fintech startup building autonomous AI systems to replace manual bookkeeping workflows. 📍 San Francisco, CA / Remote (US) 💰 Salary: $250K – $350K + Equity 🏢 Remote Friendly (1 week/month onsite in SF for exceptional candidates — travel covered) 🛂 H1B Transfers & TN supported case-by-case 👥 Hiring: 3–4 Engineers 💻 Tech Stack: TypeScript, Next.js, AI Agents, Financial APIs, Full Stack Engineering 🚀 What You’ll Build: • Autonomous AI bookkeeping agents • Financial integrations with Ramp, Brex, Gusto, etc. • Core accounting ledger infrastructure • AI-native full-stack systems from the ground up ✅ Looking For: • 7–10 years of hands-on engineering experience • Strong TypeScript + Next.js expertise • Startup or high-growth engineering background • Experience with fintech/payments/financial APIs • Product-minded builders with high ownership 🏆 Bonus: • Founder or founding engineer experience • AI-native engineering workflows (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) • Strong frontend + backend capabilities
