Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Presales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead product demonstrations, support prospective clients through the evaluation process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience after conversion.Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging product demo calls tailored to NDIS providers’ needs.Understand client workflows and map them to software solutions.Collaborate with sales to support deal progression and closing.Manage onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring successful implementation.Provide technical guidance and answer product-related queries.Work closely with product and support teams to relay customer feedbackAssist in creating demo environments, documentation, and onboarding materials.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer scienceMinimum 1 year of experience in a sales engineer, presales, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Business level of English.Experience delivering software demos and onboarding clients.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to translate technical features into business value.Experience with SaaS products (healthcare or NDIS experience is a plus).Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Interested?
