This role's main responsibility is to ensure an effective and efficient Software Development Life Cycle by creating and maintaining a project plans, and managing deliverables. As an integral part of our team, you will enable us to deliver high quality products on time. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure organizational projects are delivered on time (including those outside of software development).Responsibilities:Work with teams cross-functionally within the organization to ensure that core project dependencies and key milestones are metAbility to utilize project management platforms to create and track projects, tasks, key dates and phases from Kickoff to DeploymentCollaborate with technical resources on the team for key requirements and development timelinesAlign project timelines with scope of work and formalize change management by working with both Development and Operations teamsManage and host weekly project review meetings, daily status update huddles, project kickoffs and retrospectives where requiredTrack and manage project content pages and create new ones where needed for seamless knowledge transferIdentify projects that are at risk and host meetings to make decisions with leadership and strategy team members as neededWork with managers to coordinate project checkpoints, track weekly meeting minutes and ensure that all action items have been responded toAct as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders and communicate project statusAttend third-party contractor calls as neededTrack and communicate key action items for the CEO regarding weekly communications with the development managersQualifications:Strong Communication - will need the ability to speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely mannerAbility to work with department heads and developers cross functionally to document necessary requirements and maintain project deadlinesA multi-tasker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a teamAbility to formulate and prioritize action items to achieve desired project goalsExperience with Confluence or Github an assetSoft Skills:Strong Communication - will need the ability to speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely mannerAbility to work with department heads cross functionallyA multi-tasker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a teamAbility to formulate and prioritize action items to achieve desired project goalsExperience with Confluence or Github an assetNice to Have:Experience with MacOS and Apple Product Suite
