As Partner Manager, you will join a collaborative Sales and Marketing team focused on building stronger ATS and HR technology partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to expand ClearStar’s partner ecosystem, strengthen existing relationships, and help scale a more strategic, data-driven partner program.What You'll Do:Build, manage, and grow strategic ATS and HR technology partnerships that drive pipeline and revenue growthIdentify and develop new channel and referral partnership opportunitiesStrengthen relationships with key partners including Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, UKG, Lever, SmartRecruiters, and other HR technology platformsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on joint campaigns, webinars, events, and co-marketing initiativesTrack and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI metricsSupport partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship managementPartner cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve integration experiences and support business growthRepresent ClearStar in partner meetings, industry events, and networking opportunitiesHelp build and scale a more formal, strategic partner program across the organizationWhat You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience5+ years of related experience in HR technology, background screening, SaaS, partnerships, channel sales, business development, or a related fieldFamiliarity with the ATS ecosystem, including platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn, UKG, or similar systemsProven track record of meeting or exceeding partnership, channel, or business development targetsExperience building partner relationships that generate measurable pipeline or revenueStrong strategic and tactical skills, with the ability to focus on what drives business impactExperience negotiating referral, revenue share, reseller, channel, or co-marketing agreementsAbility to communicate technical concepts and platform capabilities to both business and technical audiencesStrong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and FinanceExcellent communication skills with partners, customers, senior leadership, and sales teamsPreferred:Experience conducting software or platform demonstrations in a customer or partner-facing environmentPrior experience building or scaling a formal partner programBackground in sales or quota-carrying business development rolesExisting relationships within the ATS or HR technology ecosystemA dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.Who You Are:You are a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences, stay organized while managing multiple priorities, and bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through to everything you do.Compensation & BenefitsClearStar, Inc. welcomes applications from candidates located in the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. ClearStar is committed to pay equity and transparency.
