Requirements and responsibilities

About the roleWe are looking for a Business Development Officer ASAP. This is a fully remote work that pays up to 25K basic with unlimited commissions based on performance.The shift is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM and has a fully remote setup.QualificationsMust have experience working as a Business Development Specialist or similar function for at least 2 yearsWorking in the Recruitment Industry is a huge plus but not requiredMust be comfortable presenting to clients both face to face and onlineExcellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, PDF, Word, Excel)Well disciplined to work remotely with minimal supervisionSales background is idealResponsibilitiesAcquire new hiring clientsIdentify and develop new lines of businessDevelop client relationships and strengthen industry partnershipsIncrease company clients by researching and creating networking opportunitiesNegotiate and close business dealsEncouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposalsMeet with potential clients and present services offered by the companyRetain existing clientsWork with the team into developing strategies for Business Development
