Freelance Events Administrator; Part-Time | Remote | September 2026 – April 2027Rate: £20-25 hour, depending on experience. Hours: 10-15 hours per week (min 2 hours initially increasing as we approach our flagship conference, BioTrinity 2027)BioUK is looking for a proactive, highly organised Freelance Events Administrator to support our events programme from September 2026 to April 2027. This part-time, fully remote role is ideal for someone with experience in event admin, delegate management or conference operations who enjoys working independently as part of a friendly, small and fast-paced team. With possible scope to extend beyond April 2027, you will have the opportunity to attend key BioUK events.About the RoleYou’ll work closely with our events team across delegate management, CRM administration, attendee communications and partnering meeting coordination for our life sciences events.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging delegate enquiries, registrations and attendee recordsMaintaining CRM data, tracking spreadsheets and reportsCoordinating sponsor, exhibitor and delegate allocationsDrafting attendee communications and support partnering meeting schedulingAssisting with wider event administration and operational planning across multiple projects👤 About YouWe’d love to hear from you if you have:Experience in event administration, event operations or delegate managementStrong organisation, attention to detail and written communication skillsConfidence using spreadsheets, databases and CRM systemsThe ability to work independently and manage priorities remotelyA proactive, solutions-focused approachExperience with Glue Up or similar event platforms would be a bonus, but full training will be provided.🏢 About BioUKBioUK® is a not-for-profit membership network supporting growth across the life sciences sector through a year-round programme of networking, learning and partnering events.We’re a small, collaborative team of four, delivering over 50 events each year, including our flagship conference, BioTrinity, and this role offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution to our events programme.
