Join us.Role SummaryRowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Data Center Tenant Fit-Out (TFO) to support the successful planning and execution of data center customer fit-out and tenant improvement projects across Rowan Digital Infrastructure’s growing portfolio.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners including development, engineering, construction, and operations teams, as well as external consultants, contractors, and hyperscale or colocation customers. The Senior Project Manager – Data Center TFO will help lead coordination of white space build-outs, MEP integrations, and customer-specific infrastructure deployments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Rowan’s quality standards.This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience delivering data center tenant fit-outs or mission-critical interior build-outs, who is excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting hyperscale customer deployments.Travel: Ability to travel 25-50% for company gatherings or to project sites.Location: Can be based at site location or remote.Compensation: $165K-$185K (Offers Bonus)Essential ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center tenant fit-out and customer deployment projectsProvide mentorship and day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their professional growth and development across project coordination and delivery activitiesCollaborate with internal teams, customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance project scope, schedule, and budget objectivesCoordinate delivery of white space build-outs including racks, containment, structured cabling, and supporting MEP infrastructureDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logsTrack project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks and issuesPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customer teamsLead coordination meetings with internal teams, design consultants, contractors, and tenant representativesSupport procurement activities including contract administration, change order review, and invoice trackingMaintain project documentation and ensure drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organizedHelp ensure compliance with data center operational standards, safety requirements, and quality expectationsSupport site activities as needed, including periodic travel to active project sitesContribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standardsEducation, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)15+ years of experience managing or supporting projects in data center construction, tenant fit-outs, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale commercial constructionExperience managing customer-facing fit-out or tenant improvement projects within operational or shell data center environmentsStrong understanding of MEP systems supporting mission-critical infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling, and structured cabling coordinationExperience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environmentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management and document control software is a plus (Procore, P6)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively across diverse teams including internal stakeholders, contractors, and customer representativesDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center customers is strongly preferredFueled by Excellence & CollaborationAt Rowan, we are a distributed team united by a common mission to transform data center delivery.
