About the Role:
- We are a fintech company running a heavily customized Zoho ecosystem at the core of our operations.
- We need a Zoho developer who lives and breathes Deluge and can build complex, reliable automation, not someone who has only configured templates.
- You will own the technical buildout of our CRM workflows and connect Zoho's broader product suite into one cohesive system.
What You Will Do:
- Design, write, and maintain advanced Deluge scripts for custom workflows, functions, and automations across Zoho CRM.
- Build and optimize multi-step approval flows, validation rules, scheduled functions, and webhook integrations.
- Architect custom CRM solutions: custom modules, layouts, related lists, blueprint processes, and complex field logic.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho products: Zoho Flow, Zoho Voice, Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, Zoho Analytics, and others as needed.
- Connect Zoho to external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and refactor existing custom code and workflows.
- Document what you build so it is maintainable by the team.
What You Need:
- Demonstrated, deep expertise in Deluge; this is non-negotiable.
- Be ready to show real scripts you have written.
- Strong command of Zoho CRM administration and customization (modules, blueprints, workflow rules, functions, custom functions).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Flow and at least one of Zoho Voice, Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, or Zoho Analytics.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhook-based integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clean, scalable automation.
- Self-directed; you can take a loose spec and run with it.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services workflows.
- Familiarity with Zoho One as a connected suite.
- General scripting/programming background (JavaScript, Python) for external integrations.
- Experience building telephony or call-routing logic in Zoho Voice.
