A leading international client is seeking a Legal Admission Specialist to provide an exceptional experience to prospective clients and serve as the first point of contact throughout the admission process. If you have experience in legal admission, customer service, and excellent English skills, this opportunity is for you. Location: - Remote or hybrid (based on performance). Compensation: - USD $951 - $1,360 per month. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and conduct structured admission interviews. - Gather and document accurate information from prospective clients. - Correctly identify and classify cases within the admission system. - Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys. - Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and management systems. - Follow up with prospective clients and ensure effective communication. - Provide professional, empathetic, and client-focused support in sensitive situations. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in legal admissions (essential requirement). - More than 2 years of experience in customer service, admissions, call center, or similar roles. - Advanced English (C1+) (spoken and written). - Excellent verbal communication and telephone presence. - Experience managing high call volumes. - Proficiency in CRM or admissions management systems. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. - High empathy and emotional intelligence. Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual (English/Spanish). - Experience with employment or disability-related cases. - Knowledge of basic legal processes and concepts. Job Details: - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). - Available to candidates from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Guatemala, and Honduras.
