OTO is hiring Speech AI Data Annotation Specialists to support conversational speech datasets for next-generation voice AI and speech-to-speech models.This role involves reviewing short conversational audio files, correcting AI-generated transcripts, adjusting speech segment timing, and labeling natural conversation features such as fillers, pauses, interruptions, backchannels, restarts, and turn-taking.Good fit for applicants with:Native or near-native English listening comprehensionStrong attention to detailTranscription or audio annotation experienceAbility to follow detailed guidelinesInterest in speech AI, NLP, linguistics, or conversational AIAvailability over the next 1–2 weeksNice to have:Experience with AI training data, speech datasets, quality assurance, transcription, or natural conversation analysis.Applicants should be ready for a short paid annotation trial and should mention their English accent background, annotation experience, weekly availability, and comfort with completing 15-minute audio assets after onboarding.Work authorization: U.S. work authorization not requiredDates: June 3–June 17, 2026Apply through the official Handshake listing.
