We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Associate to work across growth, operations, systems, automation, experimentation, and AI workflows.This is not a traditional role with rigid boundaries. We want someone highly adaptable who can solve problems, learn quickly, figure things out independently, and help the company move faster across different areas. You might work on workflow automation one day, lead enrichment the next, operational cleanup another day, or help support outbound initiatives when needed. The role is best suited for someone who enjoys startup environments, likes ownership, and naturally uses AI to improve the way work gets done.What You’ll Work On: Supporting growth and operational initiatives across the company Improving workflows and reducing repetitive manual work Using AI tools to speed up execution and problem-solving Researching and implementing better systems and processes Working with CRMs, lead/account data, and operational tooling Enriching, organizing, and maintaining data when needed Building lightweight automations and AI-assisted workflows Running experiments and testing new ideas/tools Supporting outbound or operational tasks when required Taking ownership of messy problems and solving them proactivelyRequirements Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in startups, growth, operations, GTM, or related areas Highly proactive and resourceful Comfortable learning independently Strong communication and organizational skills Able to operate in fast-paced startup environments Comfortable handling ambiguity and changing priorities Strong attention to detail Bias toward action and execution AI RequirementsBeing AI-forward is mandatory for this role.You should already be comfortable: Using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, etc. Using AI to solve operational and workflow problems Working with MCPs, AI tooling, and integrations Building lightweight tools/workflows with AI assistance such as Claude Code Automating repetitive work wherever possible Learning new tools quickly without needing constant guidanceWe are looking for someone who naturally thinks:“How can this be done faster, smarter, or more efficiently?”Nice to Have: Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Smartlead, Notion, Airtable, Customer.io, etc. Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make Experience supporting startup growth or operational functions Comfort working across multiple business areas instead of a single narrow roleWho Will Enjoy This RoleThis role is ideal for someone who: enjoys solving problems likes experimenting with new tools prefers ownership over micromanagement enjoys working across growth and operations thrives in fast-moving startup environments is genuinely excited about AI and automationBenefitsMarket-competitive salary – rewarding your contributions fairly.
