Requirements and responsibilities
We're building something meaningful at Solveesy — collections infrastructure that gives NBFCs full ownership and control of their debt recovery stack. Think dialers, AI-assisted agent tools, multi-channel borrower communication, and deep compliance with RBI and TRAI guidelines.Our dev team is small and sharp. We need a senior hand to guide them, review their work, and keep the technical roadmap moving.The role:2 hours/day, 6 days a week (12 hrs/week)Remote, flexible timing — but consistent daily availability is a mustYou'll be leading two developers (backend + frontend)Reviewing code, unblocking problems, making architecture callsYou should have:6+ years in backend-heavy full stack developmentExperience leading or mentoring junior developersStrong on AWS, REST APIs, MySQLFintech or BFSI exposure is a big plusBonus: VoIP, Asterisk, SIP, or telephony experienceThis is not a passive advisory role.
