Requirements and responsibilities


Auravon AI is looking for a highly motivated International Sales Manager to drive global business growth and acquire international clients for AI, Automation, Software Development, Data Science, and Digital Transformation services. Responsibilities: - Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels. - Prospect and connect with startups, SMEs, enterprises, and business owners globally. - Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with potential clients. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI and automation solutions. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates. - Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers. - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. - Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline. Requirements: - Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or international sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and lead generation. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Understanding of AI, Automation, SaaS, Software Development, or IT services is preferred. - Fluent English communication skills. - Results-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals.
