Coaches help mentees prepare for recruiting through resume reviews, interview preparation, and guidance on developing strong investment thinking and market analysis. Ideal candidates have worked at established hedge funds and have experience interviewing or evaluating candidates, enabling them to share practical insight into what top funds look for.
