We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of enterprise-level global training programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves keeping things on track, and enjoys working with global teams across multiple time zones.
You’ll be a key player ensuring that every training session runs smoothly—from scheduling to execution—while collaborating closely with Project Managers, trainers, and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule global training sessions across multiple time zones
- Send accurate meeting invitations and manage calendars
- Respond to learner inquiries within SLA timelines
- Maintain RAID logs and keep project documentation up to date
- Track attendance and compile session feedback reports
- Support trainer readiness, session setup, and logistics
- Ensure zero missed details for scheduled training sessions
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail in scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues
- Strong collaboration skills working with PMs and stakeholders
