We are seeking a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to serve as a technical pre-sales leader within our Infrastructure & Cloud Modernization practice, collaborating closely with Microsoft and internal sales teams. In this client-facing role, you will lead discovery sessions, design Azure-based solutions, and translate complex architectures into value-driven proposals for enterprise and mid-market customers. While infrastructure is your core expertise, you are comfortable integrating it with Data, AI, Modern Apps, and Security workloads running on Azure.
Responsibilities:
* Lead technical pre-sales discovery sessions to assess on-premises and cloud environments.
* Design and present Azure solutions aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
* Architect enterprise-scale Landing Zones, networking, governance, migrations, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
* Define scope, effort, and cost for proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
* Act as the technical lead in Microsoft co-sell motions, presentations, and PoCs.
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.
* Conduct technical workshops and solution presentations for clients and internal teams.
Required technical experience:
* Hands-on experience designing Azure IaaS solutions, including Compute (VMs, VMSS), Storage (Blob, Files, NetApp Files), Backup & Disaster Recovery.
* Advanced Azure Networking, including VNETs, Peering, VPN, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, Azure Firewall, NSGs, and Private Endpoints.
* Migration strategies such as Lift & Shift, Replatforming, Refactoring; experience with Azure Migrate, VMware / Hyper-V / Physical workloads.
* Governance & Identity management including Azure Policy, Management Groups, RBAC, Entra ID.
* Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), designing infrastructure to support Data & AI workloads, security fundamentals, and Zero Trust principles.

* Ability to translate technical designs into business value and ROI.
* Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
* Confident presenter, able to lead solution workshops and whiteboarding sessions.
* Experience qualifying opportunities using BANT or similar frameworks.
Certifications:
* Required: AZ-305 – Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.
* Preferred: AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-140.
