You'll own performance management and engagement programs, partner with managers across the organization, and ensure compliance for both hourly and salaried employees.You will report to the VP of People Operations, whom you'll work with to build scalable, people-first programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.The base salary range is $155,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, and experience.
