Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant – AI Configuration Support with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, Agentic AI capabilities, and Redwood UX. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in configuring, supporting, and optimizing AI-driven features within Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring enhanced user experience, automation, and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of AI-enabled features within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
* Work extensively with Agentic AI capabilities to enable intelligent automation, recommendations, and decision support.
* Configure and optimize Redwood UX to improve usability, accessibility, and end-user adoption.
* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI configurations, guiding functional and technical teams.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
* Support AI feature troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvements.
* Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security standards, and upgrade compatibility.
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior consultants.
* Participate in solution design reviews, testing, and production support activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Proven experience in AI feature configuration and support within Oracle Fusion.
* Strong knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
* Solid experience with Oracle Redwood UX configuration and customization.
* Excellent understanding of Oracle Fusion functional processes and user experience design.
* Ability to work independently in a remote delivery model.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working on Oracle AI features, Digital Assistants, or Intelligent Performance tools.
* Prior experience in a Lead or Architect role.
* Exposure to multiple Oracle Fusion modules.
* Oracle certifications (Fusion / Cloud / AI) are a plus.
