Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP Senior Consultant to support a federal client in delivering advanced SAP ERP capabilities, including S/4HANA enhancements, system integrations, and financial interoperability. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise across SAP modules, strong integration experience, and demonstrated success supporting federal financial processes, including U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing. This position operates in a highly scrutinized federal environment where all qualifications must be clearly demonstrated through prior experience.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP ERP solutions, including both core SAP components and third-party integrationsDesign, implement, and support SAP integration solutions, including API-based integrationsSupport S/4HANA upgrades, including planning, execution, and post-upgrade validationTroubleshoot complex SAP ERP issues and optimize system performance across functional areasLead and coordinate efforts across functional and technical teams to deliver integrated SAP solutionsProvide subject matter expertise across: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Materials Management (MM) Production Planning (PP) Support implementation and/or sustainment of U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing processesDeliver structured knowledge transfer and training to junior staff and client stakeholdersMandatory Qualifications/ExperienceSAP Configuration Experience Minimum 2 years configuring SAP ERP solutions (core and/or third-party integrations) SAP Integration Experience Minimum 2 years working with SAP integration optionsMinimum 1 year of SAP API integration experience S/4HANA Experience Minimum 1 year supporting S/4HANA upgrades, including support pack implementations Functional SAP Expertise Minimum 1 year supporting: Supply Chain Management (SCM)Materials Management (MM)Production Planning (PP) Project Delivery Experience Minimum 1 year coordinating across functional and technical SAP teams Federal Financial Systems Experience Minimum 1 year supporting U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing Training & Knowledge Transfer Minimum 1 year providing training or knowledge transfer to junior staff Minimum EducationBachelor’s DegreeCitizenshipMust be a U.S. CitizenMust be eligible to obtain a Public Trust or higher clearancePreferredMultiple S/4HANA upgrade cycles (end-to-end involvement)Hands-on experience with SAP performance tuning and optimizationExperience in federal ERP modernization or transformation programsPrior experience supporting shared service environments or federal financial systems
