We connect top LATAM talent with international product companies while providing full employer-of-record support and long-term career development.In this opportunity, you will join a global engineering organization undergoing an AI-native transformation, helping engineering teams adopt modern AI development workflows and significantly accelerate their productivity.This role combines hands-on engineering expertise, AI tooling mastery, and developer enablement, helping teams integrate AI-powered workflows into their daily development processes.Responsibilities:Design and facilitate AI Jam Sessions, enabling engineers to adopt AI-powered workflows through hands-on experimentationDemonstrate real-world development workflows using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ClaudeEstablish and lead a Super-Builder guild, enabling peer-driven AI adoptionProvide hands-on coaching sessions to engineers integrating AI toolsDiagnose AI adoption barriers (prompting limitations, workflow mismatches, tooling friction)Create prompting guides and workflow templates tailored to real environmentsDevelop and maintain a living AI Playbook with best practices and patternsRun prompting clinics and office hours for continuous supportMap engineering workflows and identify AI acceleration opportunitiesTrack adoption metrics and collaborate with analytics teamsFacilitate collaboration across LATAM–U.S. distributed teamsMentor engineers and elevate AI-native engineering communities
